Limited Warranty

Aluminum railing products are conditionally warranted for a period of 20 years on extrusions and components against defects in fabrication. This warranty applies if the railing product has been installed as per the proper installation instructions, and is null and void if altered in any way from the proper installation instructions outlined by Modern Time Aluminum Co. Ltd.

Warranty is null and void if the product has been abused, used improperly, or used beyond their specific limitations.

Modern Time Aluminum Co. Ltd. reserves the right to inspect the product under claim at either the customer's location or at our manufacturing facility at our discretion. Modern Time Aluminum Co. Ltd. reserves the right to have the product returned to their manufacturing facility for full inspection with shipping and handling costs the responsibility of the claimant. Modern Time Aluminum Co. Ltd. reserves the right to either replace the product or repair the product at Modern Time Aluminum Co. Ltd.'s discretion.

The powder coat paint finish is warranted for a period of 5 years from time of purchase against adhesions, blistering, cracking or peeling under condition of normal use. This paint warranty does not cover scratches, abrasions, acts of god, or chemical alterations in any manner of the paint surfaces.

All aluminum products warranty are not assignable or transferable.
