Powder Coated Aluminum

Powder Coating is highly effective and environmentally friendly paint process which is applied as a powder electrostatically and then baked on to give a vibrant smooth finish that is highly durable.

Unlike liquid paint, powder coating does not use solvents and therefore does not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) which can be released into the environment. Hence, powder coating is used on a variety of products from appliances like refrigerators and stoves to bicycles, golf carts, and exercise equipment. Color selection on our aluminum railings is virtually unlimited with high and low gloss to metallic and clear finishes available and texture selections from smooth finishes to wrinkled or matte finishes.

The powder coat finish on our aluminum railing provides a uniform smooth finish free of runs, drips, and bubbles; it can be applied as thickly as necessary depending on the protection needed.
